Site work for a mixed-use development in Rome, New York. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The project will replace all the recreation infrastructure damaged in the park during the flooding events of 2021 including the playground surface, bocce court, fishing pier, and parking lot). Additionally, over 750 linear feet of stream bank will be stabilized with over 1500 CY of large rock to prevent future erosion Questions received in writing and orally during the meeting will be added to any official Addendum to be issued. Bid Security Bids shall be accompanied by money order, certified check, or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid price, payable to the City Treasurer, City of Rome, Rome New York The City of Rome reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposals deemed to be in its best interest. Project cancelled. A new bid notice will be released shortly, as of October 8, 2025
