The City of Rye reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received. The oral award of the bid to the lowest responsible bidder is not an enforceable agreement. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The project consists of HVAC upgrades throughout the existing City Hall, along with various ceiling and lighting upgrades. This includes but is not limited to demolition of existing systems, new VRF heat pumps, air handlers, controls, lighting, lighting controls, power, ceiling replacement, and miscellaneous general construction items.
