Deviating from instructions could result in your bid being considered non-responsive. The Project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials (except as otherwise specified), and performing all work necessary for the construction of the intersection improvements as detailed in the construction plans and specifications. The FM 2499 & FM 3040 Intersection Improvements project limit is approximately 600 LF in each direction from the center of the intersection. questions must be submitted in writing (no exceptions) to purchasing@flowermound.gov. Questions will not be answered over the phone by the Engineer and/or Engineering Design Firm. Engineer's Estimate Base Bid: $2,609,400.00 & Alt Bid #1: $95,200.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
