The Project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials (except as otherwise specified), and performing all work necessary for the construction of approximately 400 linear feet of 12 water line by jack and bore underneath Timber Creek. The Timber Creek Bridge Water Line Lowering project is located approximately 300 feet northwest of the intersection of Timber Creek Rd and Rollo Ct. A Bid Bond in the form of a cashiers check, a certified check, or an acceptable bidders bond made payable without conditions to the Town of Flower Mound, Texas in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid submitted A good and sufficient performance bond in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount Payment Bond: A good and sufficient payment bond in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount Maintenance Bond: A good and sufficient maintenance bond in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount Questions Deadline: 11/4/2025 at 12:00pm (CT) All questions must be submitted in writing (no exceptions) to purchasing@flowermound.gov.
