Site work for a development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a 31,250-square-foot, one-story above grade development.
Sealed proposals are requested for the furnishing of all labor, materials, use of Contractor's equipment, plant and all else necessary to construct properly all improvements for the HWS Cleveland Blvd Landscaping project. The work consists of mobilization, removal of existing street trees, installation of specified street trees according to the tree planting schedule, installation of sod and irrigation system in designated areas, and tapping the existing water main to install MUD water meters. All work must be done in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by the engineer. Each bid must include a certified check or bid bond for $5,500 as evidence of good faith, and the contractor must enter into a contract within ten days of notice of award and furnish a bond for 100% of the total bid price. Only those listed on the official planholders lists are eligible to submit bids. The right is reserved to waive formalities and reject all or any bids.
