Site work for a civil project in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Furnish all supplies, materials, equipment, labor, and superintendence to install the Lakewood Booster Pump Station and water mains. All bids will only be accepted electronically through the Procurement Portal. Bidders must comply with the Nebraska Foreign Adversary Contracting Prohibition Act. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held, and attendance is required. Bid openings may be attended in person or via teleconference. Bidders may download bid documents from the Procurement Portal free of charge. A. This section provides specification requirements for solid-state, pulse-width modulated (PWM), variable speed drives or herein identified as AC drives for use with NEMA B design, AC motors. B. The AC Drive manufacturer shall furnish, field test, adjust and certify all installed AC Drives for satisfactory operation. C. Any exceptions/deviations to this specification shall be indicated in writing to the specifying Engineer and submitted no less than 10 days prior to bid date. D. This section does not apply to the VFD supplied with the integral jockey pump. Refer to section 33 13 43, 2.04 for Jockey Pump VFD.
