Sealed bids are requested for Wastewater Treatment Plant Chemicals. Proposals must be submitted on the Bid Form provided and placed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Borough of Medford Lakes, clearly marked for this project. Contractors are required to provide a business registration certificate upon award of contract. Respondents must comply with applicable statutory requirements in the bid specifications, including New Jersey Public Contracts Law, Procurement Laws, Truth in Contracting, Affirmative Action, Prevailing Wage, Title 11 of the Americans With Disabilities Act, and Pay to Play statutes. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, or to make awards to the bidder or bidders deemed most advantageous, and to waive informalities as permitted by law.
