Bidders must be licensed under LA R.S. 37:2150-2163 for Building Construction or Recreation and Sports Facilities and Golf Courses. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference at DeRidder High School is a prerequisite for submitting a bid. Sealed bids must be returned to the Beauregard Parish School Board either by certified mail or hand delivery, clearly marked as "SEALED BID - DeRidder High School, Football Field Improvements."
