ROAD LOG NO. 2080403, 2080401, 0200802, 0200850, 0200801 The project consists of rehabilitation of approximately 1.82 miles of concrete pavement along North and South Silver Green Drive of Harris County Precinct 2. The specific scope consists of, but not limited to the following tasks: o Perform full-depth repair of concrete pavement, generally six (6) inches in depth, as specified in the construction drawings or as directed by the Engineer. o Prepare, clean and seal all longitudinal, transverse and edge cracks following specified standards and specifications. o Restore curb inlets as shown in the COH standard drawings. o Design four curb ramps and adjacent sidewalks at the intersection of Tenderden Drive and South Silver Green Drive. o Design and modify of two curb ramps and sidewalk extension connecting existing sidewalks on the north and south sides of South Silver Green Drive near the bridge. o Design of a crash cushion at the northwest corner of the bridge on South Silver Green Drive. o Removal of existing concrete pavement and replacement of curbs as specified in Traffic Study No. 110. o Provide adequate traffic control measures during all phases of construction as shown in the construction drawings or as directed by the Engineer. o Cleanup and restore site to original condition.
