Sealed bids are requested for annual water storage tank interior cleaning and inspection in 2026. The scope includes cleaning and inspection of water storage tanks throughout the entire Central Arkansas Water system in Pulaski County and Saline County, Arkansas. Bidders must obtain an official set of contract documents, either hard copy or electronic, directly from Central Arkansas Water and be listed on the plan holders list for this project. All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid. The Commission retains the right to waive formalities, reject any or all bids, and accept the bid deemed to best serve the interest of Central Arkansas Water.
