The City of Wheaton is seeking competitive bids for Snow and Ice Removal Services for City Parking Lots and Garages. The Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment to efficiently remove snow and ice 24/7 for the entire winter season. Question Deadline 10/16/2025 at 11:00 AM CT All questions concerning this solicitation shall be directed to Tony Sperkowski, Procurement Officer at asperkowski@wheaton.il.us SCOPE OF WORK Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment to efficiently remove snow and ice from approximately 57,205 square yards of parking lots and garages within the City. Services are to be performed in accordance with these specifications, under the direction of the City of Wheaton Department of Public Works. Snow and ice removal operations shall be performed for the following locations. Maps of these areas can be found on Attachment A. o Parking Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 (21,959 sq. yd.) o Parking Lot 6 (2,925 sq. yd.) along Crescent Street near train station o College Avenue Metra Parking Lot 10 (7,070 sq. yd.) adjacent to College Avenue train station o Willow Ave Parking Garage (4,093 sq. yd.) 220 S Cross Street o Wheaton Place Parking Garage (4,915 sq. yd.) 232 West Wesley Street o City Hall Parking Lot (3,707 sq. yd.) 303 West Wesley Street o Library Parking Lot (7,293 sq. yd.) 225 North Cross Street o Police Department Parking Lot (5,243 sq. yd.) 900 West Liberty Drive
