The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC or Community) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to perform asphalt rubber overlay, asphalt rubber chip seal, and fog seal work on various Community roadways in accordance with the Project Manual and Specifications. Questions and bids must be submitted to purchasing-bids@srpmic-nsn.gov. We will not respond to submissions sent to the Arizona Procurement Portal. Last date for RFB Questions: October 22, 2025 by 5:00 PM The work under this section shall consist of furnishing all materials, personnel and equipment necessary to perform all surveying, staking, grades and verification of the accuracy of all existing control points which have been provided by the Project Manager. Included in this work shall be all calculations required for the satisfactory completion of the project. The work shall be done under the direct supervision of a registered professional land surveyor employed by the Contractor. When utility adjustments are a part of the contract, the Contractor shall perform all layout work and set all control points, stakes and references necessary for carrying out all such adjustments. The Contractor shall furnish all traffic control, including flagging for survey and staking operations, the cost being considered to be included in the bid item for Construction Staking and Layout. The Contractor shall coordinate and protect staking for anticipated work. Replacement of vandalized, missing, destroyed or disturbed staking shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. No additional payment will be made for replacement staking, the cost being included in the bid item for Construction Staking and Layout. The work under this item shall consist of furnishing all materials and constructing an asphalt rubber chip seal coat in accordance with the requirements of these specifications and in reasonably close conformity with the lines shown on the project plans or established by the Engineer. Asphalt rubber chip seal coat shall be placed between the dates of March 15 to May 31 and September 1 to October 31. The Contractor agrees to furnish all services, labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, supplies and anything else necessary to perform the following described Work in the strict compliance with the requirements of the Contract Documents listed above, local building authorities and Community's Representative. Contractor's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, all payroll taxes, insurance, benefits, temporary power, business license and insurance. Contractorshall perform his work in a diligent and workmanship-like manner causing no delays or interference with the work of others.
