The City of Doraville is soliciting competitively sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Harber Valley Drive Pipe Replacement and Oakcliff Catch Basin Restorations Project. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of an existing corrugated metal pipe with reinforced concrete pipe, creation of a junction box and outfall, removal and reset of curbing, road patching, and the removal and replacement of existing catch basin tops and throats, with the locations and quantities listed in Exhibit J. The contractor will work with the City to avoid or build around conflicts such as utility poles, mailboxes, etc. All questions or requests for clarification must be sent via e-mail only to GABids2025@keckwood.com Questions are due no later than October 22, 2025. Questions received after this date and time may not be answered. All communications regarding this solicitation must be with the Public Works Director, Chris LaFleur, Chris.LaFleur@Doravillega.us. Engineers budget $120,000 - $210,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
