Requirement contract for maintenance painting of apartments at Richmond Terrace Consolidation, located in the Queens-Staten Island Neighborhood (QS04), Staten Island. The term of the contract is three years, with an option for up to two additional one-year renewals at NYCHA's discretion. The project is part of a series of eleven requirement contracts for maintenance painting at various developments. Only one contract from this bid series will be awarded to any individual contractor in the initial award step. If additional contracts in the series remain unawarded after the first step, NYCHA may, at its discretion, award up to one additional contract to a contractor who has already been awarded one in the series. Pre-qualification requirements: To be eligible for award, bidders must be pre-qualified as an "Approved Supplier via NYCHA-Paint Pre-Qualification List (PQL)" and appear on the active approved vendor list (see NYCHA PQL page). Bidders are also required to complete MWBE Utilization Plan or Waiver; comply with Section 3 REO & OEO, and, depending on the bid value, may be required to enroll Authority residents as apprentices under the Apprenticeship Program. Section 3 and MWBE documentation must be submitted via eComply, not included in the bid submission via iSupplier.
