Vendors are invited to submit proposals for the Lead Assistance Program: Residential Lead Remediation and Abatement Services. Proposals must be submitted on forms supplied by the County and provided in four formats: one original, two copies, and one electronically stored copy on a CD or USB Flash Drive. Submission can be by hand delivery during business hours, certified mail, or overnight delivery to the specified address. Respondents are required to comply with all applicable laws, including the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination and Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Rules. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to consider proposals for sixty days after receipt, to reject any or all proposals, and to waive minor informalities as authorized by law.
