Site work for a water / sewer project in Coupeville, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a 2,560-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The work consists of the removal and disposal of approximately 2,630 square feet of timber floats, ten timber piles, and one 3 x 40 steel gangway. The scope also includes the manufacture and installation of approximately 2,560 square feet of new timber floats, the supply and installation of eight steel pipe piles, one 4 x 60 aluminum gangway, and float safety appurtenances. All work must be 100% complete before March 15, 2026, with all in-water work performed before February 15, 2026. The fuel float at the nearby Coupeville Wharf must remain operational throughout the project. Proposals will only be considered if received before the specified deadline, and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, postal money order, or Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent of the proposal amount. The proposer must execute the awarded contract and provide the required surety bonds and proof of insurance within ten calendar days of notification of the award. The Port of Coupeville reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any informality in the bidding. No proposer may withdraw their proposal for thirty days after the opening date. For informational purposes, the total project cost is estimated to be between $915,000 and $1,050,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Proposers and Sub-proposers requiring clarification or interpretation of the Proposal Documents shall make a written request to the Port, which shall reach the Port at least five (5) days before the date for receipt of Proposals.
