Site work for a water / sewer project in Wheeling, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Wheeling Park and the Wheeling Park Commission invite proposals to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment supplies, and transportation for the construction of Wheeling Park culvert replacement. The project includes all preparatory work, coordination with others to accommodate and protect existing structures and appurtenances, signage, barricades, and provisions to ensure public safety. Site preparation work, removal and replacement of pool slide foundations, fencing, and sidewalks to enable installation of 700 feet of 60-inch diameter storm sewer and manholes is required. Additional tasks include disposal of demolished materials and excess soil, restoration of disturbed surrounding areas, and all miscellaneous associated work. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the bidding documents. Bidders must possess a West Virginia Business License and Contractors License at the time of bid submission. Plans and bidding documents may be obtained from the Engineer's office upon payment of a non-refundable deposit for each electronic copy. Only written questions submitted after the pre-bid meeting will be addressed by addendum.
