**As of November 19, 2025 the project has not been awarded and a timeline for the award is not yet established.** Requirement contract for maintenance painting of apartments at South Beach Consolidation, located in Queens-Staten Island Neighborhood (QS04), Staten Island. The contract term is three years, with an option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods at the sole discretion of NYCHA. Only one contract in the Bid Series will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible contractor, with the possibility of being awarded one additional contract at NYCHA's discretion if others remain. Bidders must respond through the Electronic Procurement system and include company details and response validity period. Vendors must submit their MWBE Utilization Plan at the time of bid submission or apply for a waiver at least seven days prior to the bid due date. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders must pre-qualify as an Approved Supplier via NYCHA-Paint Pre-Qualification List (PQL) and appear on the active approved vendor list. Contractors may be required to enroll Authority residents as apprentices, depending on their Bid Adjustment Factor, and must comply with Apprenticeship Program requirements as specified in Section 3. Section 3 REO & OEO Plans and the M/WBE Utilization Plan & Waiver must be submitted via eComply. Failure to complete the Utilization Plan or Waiver may render the bid non-responsive.
