Structures needing demolished are located at 44 Sandalwood Drive, Williamstown WV 26187 -A dilapidated multi-story residential structure on block concrete foundation with a lower basement with a large tree that fell over entire house, as well as a dilapidated garage/building on the parcel beside the residential structure. Property is owned by Mary Dowler who resides at 58 Sandalwood Drive Williamstown WV 26187. The property contains 1 dilapidated multi-story residential structure and a very dilapidated garage structure which are both to be demolished and removed. There is also 1 small metal storage building which is located between the dilapidated home and dilapidated garage and is to be left alone as owner will still use for storage. The main work of the project is to demolish and remove in its entirety the multi-story home as well as the dilapidated garage structure. The garage is sitting on a concrete slab that goes out into the driveway and owner wishes to keep the concrete slab as they have future potential use for the slab. All demolished materials, debris, refuse, junk, and trash will need to be removed.
