**Per Addendum 3 the bid date has been extended from 10/30/25 to 11/13/25** Contractor shall provide a solution to replace the existing LED signage that shall operate seamlessly with our existing SITA AODB (Airport Operations Database). LED signage includes RIDs (Ramp Information Displays), curbside LEDs, baggage makeup LEDs, and gate LEDs. Pricing is to be submitted in modular fashion as outlined in the included Attachment 1 - Pricing Schedule (Form A) (Form A). Contractor shall fabricate and deliver all display equipment as described in this Scope of Work. Contractor shall provide all physical infrastructure for communications with, and mounting of the RIDS equipment. Contractor shall utilize existing display mounting brackets, power infrastructure, and/or network infrastructure where possible/appropriate. The RIDS solution is expected to operate safely and efficiently in all weather conditions indicative of central North Carolina. Describe how this can be accomplished in various weather conditions and clarify any condition that would be considered an exception to this expectation. Describe the high-level features and functionality of the proposed solution. Describe the base RIDS package, what add-ons are available, and what these add-ons would provide. The Authority's intent is to award a five (5) year Agreement to a single firm to provide the requested Services. There shall be no communication with the Authority regarding this RFP unless otherwise directed by the Authority's Point of Contact identified above.
