Question Deadline 10/22/2025 at 11:00 AM CT The City of Denton is seeking a contractor to provide repair and installation to existing stormwater drainage structures. The intent is to award contracts for the purpose of repair of locations identified by the City of Denton. The quantities are estimated and will vary according to the needs of the City. Pricing shall include all costs, including but not limited to, labor, supervision, equipment, materials, line locates, site restoration, and traffic control. All services shall be following all local, state and federal laws. This contract will include remove and replacement identified section of concrete pavement, stormwater drainage inlets, junction boxes, pipes and all associated structures etc. This contract will include the maintenance of ponds, dams, creeks, ditches, channels and other areas as needed. The Contractor shall include 24/7 availability at the discretion of the department. The contractor will be responsible for hauling and disposing of the materials. The Contractor shall follow the current City of Denton Standard Construction Specification and Details. The successful respondents will be required to meet the performance specifications as follow: Five (5) business day response time after vendor is contacted by the City to provide a schedule of the planned work.
