Request for Proposals for Construction Manager-At-Risk Responsive Ed Texas, a Texas open-enrollment charter school, is issuing a Request for Proposals for a Construction Manager-At-Risk to perform construction services on a project located at Vintage Boulevard and I-35 Denton, Texas involving construction of K-8 Elementary School is approximately 62,000 SF pre-engineered single-story K-8 classroom facility, conventional steel structure administration and cafeteria building where the cafeteria and kitchen area will act as a storm structure, and a free-standing pre-engineered gymnasium. In addition, it includes parking, a playground area, and an athletic field. ResponsiveEd Texas Construction Services intends to evaluate responses and select a Construction Manager-At Risk in a one-step selection process in accordance with Sections 2269.251-.258 of the Texas Government Code.
