Site work for a residential development in Frisco, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade residential development.
Sealed bids are requested for the work necessary for the Utilities of approximately 91.876 acres in Denton County, Texas. Certified or cashier's check or acceptable bidder's bonds, payment without recourse to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid submitted must accompany the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be conducted. Bids will not be accepted from any bidder who is not represented at the pre-bid conference. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents.
