This project will replace the deck of the bridge carrying Route 14 over CSX Transportation / AmTrak in the Town of Lyons, Wayne County. Bicycle accommodations included. NYSDOT Region: 04 GENESEE VALLEY The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Fall 2025. Construction is expected to begin in Winter 2025/2026. Construction is expected to be completed in Spring 2027 As of October 06, 2025, the project is in Final Planning. Anticipated letting Year is 2025 NYDOT : Rt 14 Over Csx Br Deck Replacement (Bin 1011020) *Project information has been obtained through a public state transportation improvement plan (STIP). A STIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the STIP often evolves based on funding availability.
