Design Services. iMet invites proposals from qualified firms to provide survey, assessment support, preliminary and final design services, and construction support related to Light Rail crossing pedestrian safety enhancements. To enter a bid, proposers are required to: 1. Upload their Proposal. 2. Upload Proposal Forms 1.1.1 - 1.1.6. 3. If applicable, upload a copy of Proposal Form 1.1.7 - Exceptions or Deviations, previously submitted by the specified deadline. Bidders must answer questions regarding the company's or company's personnel's history within the past five years with respect to suspension, debarment, denial of contract award, default terminations, investigations regarding business-related conduct, listing on the State of Oregon List of Contractors Ineligible to Receive Public Works Contracts, and registration to do business in Oregon.
