The work consists of the supply of all labor, material, and equipment required to transport all needed labor, material, and equipment to and from a project site to complete the project as shown on the plans or described by the Engineer. For construction at multiple sites, mobilizations include transporting all required resources between the sites. Mobilization covers all activities and costs for moving personnel, equipment, and operating supplies to the site; establishing offices, buildings, and other facilities for the Contractor's operations; and premiums paid for performance and payment bonds. Demobilization covers all activities and costs for transporting personnel, equipment, and supplies from the site, disassembling and removing facilities, and site cleanup. The deadline to ask questions is 10/31/2025 12:00 PM CST Bidders are instructed to submit one original and one copy of the Bid Form, Proposal, Statement of Experience of Bidder, and Bid Bond or Cashier's Check in a sealed envelope. The envelope must be time and date stamped at City Hall if delivered in person. If using a delivery service, clearly label the outside with the Project Number and Title. All project questions must be posted on Civcast and not sent directly to staff.
