Description Access Services, the designated Consolidated Transportation Services Agency that manages paratransit service providers and eligibility contractors in Los Angeles County, has issued the above-entitled RFP to obtain proposals for NEPA-CEQA environmental Interviews: Week of November 17, 2025 (if needed) Contract Award: November or December 2025 (subject to Board approval as needed) Questions can be submitted through Public Purchase, and by email to purchasing@accessla.org. All questions received will be collected and answered via Addendum on or before the date specified above in the Procurement Schedule. Question Deadline 10/16/2025 at 3:00 PM PT Answers Released: October 23, 2025 Event RFP doc note: Your complete proposal will consist of two components: the Technical Proposal and Price proposal. a. Courier or In-Person Delivery (No US Mail) Printed Format. For the Technical Proposal, you must deliver: (a) one printed original and (b) three printed copies. For the Price Proposal (with Schedule of Rates), you must deliver in a separately sealed envelope: (a) one original and (b) three printed copies. USB Flash Drives. For the Technical Proposal, you must deliver four separate USB flash drives, each of which contain an electronic copy of the Technical Proposal in Microsoft Word format. For the Price Proposal (with Schedule of Rates), you must deliver (in the same aforementioned separately sealed envelope) four separate USB flash drives, each of which contain an electronic copy of the Price Proposal (with Schedule of Rates) in Excel format. Mailing Address. b. Email Delivery of Technical Proposal Only In addition to the courier or in-person delivery (that is not sent by US mail), you must email an electronic copy of the Technical Proposal only in Microsoft Word format to purchasing@accessla.org to the attention of David Chia. Access Services reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality or irregularity in any proposal received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective proposals received. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
