Description

Site work for a municipal facility in Southampton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

Sealed Bids with all required documents will be received at Upper Southampton Township Building, Bucks County, Pennsylvania on behalf of Upper Southampton Township and Lower Southampton Township (collectively known as the Municipalities of the Southwest Bucks Solid Waste Committee or “SWBSWC”) for Residential Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials and Yard Waste Collection from the residents of Upper Southampton Township and Lower Southampton Township. Bids must be submitted in accordance with all Bid Package requirements, as set forth in the Request for Proposal, detailed specifications, and bid documents. All bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the Bid, made payable to Upper Southampton Township and Lower Southampton Township. The successful bidder must furnish each municipality a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred (100%) percent of the amount of the Contract within twenty (20) days after the Contract is awarded. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for review of the specification and bid documents and discussions on bidder questions and responses. All bidders must attend. The Townships reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the bid proposal.
