Site work for a development in Westminster, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for site work for a conservation development.
The City of Westminster seeks to establish a pre-qualification list of professional engineering firms to provide various engineering and support services on an as-needed basis. Multiple firms may be awarded within each category listed in Attachment B – Categories Form. Only firms listed on the prequalified firm list will be considered for future task orders within their prequalified categories. No work is guaranteed by being selected as a prequalified firm. Submitters must propose on the complete work scope defined in Exhibit B. Submitters agree to perform all work in strict accordance with the RFQ and contract documents within the stipulated time and prices. No work shall commence until a contract is fully executed and a City Purchase Order is received. The city reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive any informalities. The submittal must remain valid for ninety (90) calendar days after the closing time. If awarded, the contract must be executed and delivered within ten (10) days after presentation for signature. The submitter certifies that qualified personnel are employed and is prepared to comply fully with all contract provisions. Any action in restraint of free competition in connection with this RFQ is prohibited. All submitted documents must be approved by an authorized officer of the firm who is committing the firm to the proposed obligations.
