Remodeling of a detention facility in New City, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade detention facility.
**As of November 10th, 2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Rockland County Department of Facilities Management is seeking a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, and supervision necessary to furnish and install toilet partitions and restroom accessories at the Grogan Correctional Center in New City, NY. Certified payroll, employee background checks, FOB destination, installation, insurance, prevailing wage, and warranty information are required. The award will be made on an all or none basis. There will be a virtual pre-bid conference held via Microsoft Teams. Bidders must submit physical bids.
