Site work for a water / sewer project in New City, New York. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide engineering services for design and construction administration of a system wide pump station telemetry upgrade project for the Rockland County Sewer District No 1. It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract with a single consultant. This RFP is designed to provide interested offerors with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting minimum requirements but is not intended to limit a proposal's content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Offerors are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement. This project will be funded by the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation. Thus, any funding requirements for professional services and construction projects will be deemed requirements for this project. This includes but not limited to Minority/Women Business Enterprise-Equal Employment Opportunities (MWBE-EEO) requirements. See Attachments 1 and 2 for the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation Mandatory State Revolving Fund Terms and Conditions and the associated Guidance documents.
