Reference Number 0000400719 The Scope of Work includes: provide all materials, labor, equipment, and consumables necessary to furnish and install two (2) new, twenty-four-foot (24') diameter high-volume-low-speed (HVLS) industrial horizontal ceiling fans per manufacturer's recommendations. Note that this is a covered facility and is open to the outdoors on three (3) sides. It is not heated. Fans must be outdoor rated. This scope includes providing and installing the fans and all hardware, mounting brackets, fasteners, electrical conduit, electrical conductor, breakers, boxes, clamps, covers, switches, controls, on-site assembly, completing electrical connections, control wiring, start-up and testing, and any and all items necessary to provide a complete, expertly installed, reliably functioning product. All lifting/moving equipment, personal lifts, staging equipment, project scheduling, and debris removal are the responsibility of the Contractor. Fan Installation Contractor will coordinate with the Fairgrounds Manager and Fairgrounds Team Leader for scheduling installation date and time. Lockout/tagout electrical as necessary to safely install power circuit to fans. Ensure manufacturer recommended clearances are met for installation location. Install fans, electrical circuit, and control circuit. Assume 200 LF of EMT conduit for each run. Size conduit per proposed control and power. Attach conduit firmly to structure. Ensure control is secure from tampering and resistant to vandalism. If control is mounted in place, provide box with removable cover or other means of preventing tampering. Once installation is complete, remove lockout tags and test units for rotation/operation with Fairgrounds Team Leader present. Fan Specifications 1. Twenty-four-foot (24') diameter 2. HVLS 3.
