Reference Number 0000400860 La Plata County (County) issues this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify qualified developers or development teams (Developer) to prepare conceptual ideas and plans to renovate and revitalize the existing Old Main Post Office (OMPO) and redevelop the adjacent Schluter property (Schluter) into a use that includes necessary parking and office space for the County, while also being beneficial for the community and Developer. The portions of the subject properties not used by the County will be open to the conceptual ideas and plans that Developer proposes will best serve the community while providing an acceptable financial opportunity for Developer.
