Renovation of a recreation facility in Carroll, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade recreation facility.
Bandshell Improvements at Graham Park, North and East portion of park. The main section of work is the Exterior Finish System. This includes removing the cementious coating on the shell side, roofs, and back and top of the proscenium arch, and preparing the substrate for a new exterior finish system coating. Install a new exterior finish system and water management measures. Remove peeling paint from underside of shell, patch and apply exterior finish system. The new exterior finish shall be a colored finish, per the City of Carroll’s choosing. Install prefinished radiused metal roof edge and flashing at top of arch for water management measures. All parts necessary for a complete unit shall be furnished, and only material of first quality and correct type, size, and design are to be used. Delivery date or work completion will be considered in awarding the bid. All bids must include a statement of standard warranty if applicable and be submitted on completed City of Carroll Proposal Forms with full and accurate data for evaluation. Bids on equipment or materials differing in minor details may be considered, but differences must be clearly stated and described.
