The Work Of Project Is Defined By The Contract Documents And Consists Of The Following This Set Of Documents Describes A New 11,813 G.s.f. Fire Station Including: A One-story Structure With Electrical Systems, Mechanical Systems, Fire Protection, And Plumbing. Site Work Includes New Sidewalks, Asphalt, Concrete Driveway, Parking Lot, Drainage, Site Lighting, And Landscape Improvements. The Structure Is Composed Of Concrete Slabs On Grade, Structural Cmu Walls, Interior Metal Stud Framing And Tpo And Standing Seam Metal Roofing On Steel Roof Joists Over Metal Deck. Type Of Contract: 1. Project Will Be Constructed Under A Single Prime Contract. The non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 1885 Veterans Park Drive, Naples, FL 34109 (our Station 45) on the Sanford Hall side of the building. The meeting will not be online. The project consists of all permitting, all site development, utility work, and construction of a 1-story, 15,000 SF Fire Station Building for (13) thirteen firefighters that includes living area, office space, a conference room, apparatus bays, Decon area, fire gear storage, firefighter bunks, living spaces, shop, and storage areas. The project includes parking. Trades included but not limited to Architecture, Structural, Site Development, Landscape, Site Lighting, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC & Fire Alram along with Fire Protection System. The North Collier Fire Control and Rescue District is seeking responses from qualified contractors for the construction of a new fire station. Bidders are prohibited from contacting any member of the District Board of Commissioners or District employees except as specified.
