This bid is for the roof replacement (metal) at the Parks & Recreation Department 555-C West Center Extension in Lexington. In general, the scope of work includes Metal Retrofit Roof over existing steep slope shingle roof and EPDM membrane low slope roof on an approximate 11,625 square feet of roof area.
