The Dare County Water Department is accepting "Request for Qualifications" for engineering services. The project is the installation of one (1) Reverse Osmosis Unit at the Hatter as Water Treatment Plant, Frisco, NC. Dare County reserves the right to reject any and all submittals in accordance to North Carolina General Statutes. The engineer will provide services to the County to prepare a Request for Proposals for Design Build Services, advertise and select a design-build contractor based on the design proposal. The scope of the engineering consultation services after the selection of the design build contractor will be negotiated at a future date. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
