Question Deadline 10/24/2025 at 2:00 PM PT Only written questions submitted via online portal Stormwater System Maintenance work under Schedule A shall include catch basin vactoring; inspecting catch basins for illicit discharges and connections; storm pipe jetting and cleaning; CCTV services; control structure vactoring and repair; stormwater facility jetting, cleaning, and vactoring; water quality system maintenance such as filter cartridge cleaning and replacement, FilterraTM and Modular Wetland SystemTM maintenance; hydro excavation vactor services; root cutting services; emergency spill response; and emergency stormwater response. Bid schedule includes: Schedule A Bid items within Schedule A shall include work to provide cleaning, repairing, or maintaining catch basins and stormwater facilities whose primary benefit is for public streets and roads. Stormwater catch basins and facilities in the system are designed and intended for the disposal of the normal runoff of surface waters from the streets, roads, etc., in which the system was constructed.
