Reference Number 0000304303 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/10/24 04:30:00 PM CDT The Rural Municipality of Tache, and in particular the LUD of Lorettes plan is to continue having all the sewer lines cleaned annually in fall and the trouble areas in spring as preventative maintenance to reduce the potential interuptions of sewer service to our residents. We are also interested in getting a cost to camera the sewer mains, as this is something we would like to use as a reference on the condition of our underground infrastructure. The Lorette Golf Course Development is not required to be camerad. The RM of Tache and the LUD of Lorette are looking to engage the services of sewer cleaning contractors to submit a price for the cleaning of all sewer lines (approximatley 60,000 feet) and all manholes in the fall, typically October, on an annual basis. This will include the Lorette Golf Course development. We are also interested in having the troubled areas done in spring, typically April or May, at the discretion of the Municipality on an annual basis. The contractor will be responsible to notify the RM office at least 21 days prior to starting the cleaning process, and the contractor will be required to circulate notices to all residences in the area of work taking place with precautionary measures clearly outlined to prevent damge to residents property and the schedule (time and day(s)) of work a minimum of 7 days prior to work commencing. The contractor shall provide the RM of Tache with a report subsequent to the works outlining all particulars of the process.
