This schedule shall include the following items and any additional items referred to in Section 00 21 13 - Instruction to Bidders: .1 The project start and completion dates. 2 The general course of events as expected to progress for completion of the Work. .3 What areas of the site and when the Work will proceed in each area. .4 Schedules/length of time required for shutdowns. .5 All occupant relocation durations. .6 All work periods, project phasing, and other such necessary information from within this Section transposed in a manner that correctly depicts the anticipated timeframes, locations, and progress of the Work. .7 The contractors schedule shall recognize and incorporate the following basic requirements. .1 The building is occupied 24 hours/day, 7 days per week. Timing of power & service interruptions and the number of interruptions shall be kept to the minimum timeframe possible. The Contractor in addition to the overall project schedule shall prepare in a GANTT chart format and maintain a more detailed one-month look ahead schedule. .1 The schedule shall show: .1 All areas anticipated to be worked in within the month. .2 Dates of entry into and out of each area.
