Site work and paving for a road / highway in Westwego, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.
The base bid amount for the Asphalt project is $250,000 - $500,000. Sealed bids are requested for a project consisting of milling and overlaying 2 inches of asphalt and performing other required street improvements. The project is sales tax free. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the contract documents on file at the specified location. Bidders must display the Project Name on their bid envelope. Each bid must be accompanied by a surety bond equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Drawings and specifications are available for inspection, and contract documents may be secured from the designated office upon payment. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds. The right to reject all bids or any bid for just cause is reserved. Attendance at a non-mandatory pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required; non-attendance does not relieve bidders from the obligations of the specifications. Final questions regarding plans or specifications must be submitted by the specified deadline. Question Deadline 10/31/2025: Contractor's final questions regarding plans or specifications are to be submitted to APTIM. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
