Said construction generally consists of sanitary sewer work. The work includes approximately 82,783 linear feet of televising sewer and 40 hours of cleaning sewer. Only registered planholders will be allowed to quote on projects. To become a registered planholder, you must create an account on the specified website. Bidders are responsible for all present and future downloads, including addendums and their attachments. Each bid must be sealed and accompanied by a cash deposit, bid bond, cashier's check, or a certified check payable to the City of Rochester, Minnesota, for at least 5% of the bid amount. This amount shall be forfeited as liquidated damages if the bidder, upon award of the contract, fails to enter into the contract. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bidders should include a list of at least two references of previous projects with a minimum of 50,000 linear feet of televising, with sizes up to 42-inches in residential and off-road locations, utilizing NASSCO Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP Version 7) standard for pipeline defect identification and assessment.
