The work includes the following approximate quantities of work:2021.501 MOBILIZATION LS 1, 2106.601 CONSTRUCT ACCESS ROAD LS 1, 2575.504 ROLLED EROSION PREVENTION CATEGORY 25 SY 2,347, 2575.604 SITE RESTORATION SY 5,298, 2106.601 DEWATERING LS 1, 2106.507 EXCAVATION CHANNEL AND POND CY 25,000, 2511.509 RANDOM RIPRAP CLASS III CY 237, 2511.604 REPOSITION EXISTING RIPRAP SY 158. Each bid must be accompanied by a cash deposit, bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check payable to the City of Rochester, Minnesota, for at least 5% the amount of the bid, which amount shall be forfeited to the City of Rochester, Minnesota, as liquidated damages if the bidder, upon the letting of the contract to them shall fail to enter into the contract so let; the Common Council reserving the right to reject any and all bids.
