Base Bid (Site A) Site A base bid consists of building demolition, removal of existing remains of southern building, preservation and protection of wooden supports on southern side of building, and site restoration located at 805 and 807 Illinois Avenue. Alternate Bid #1 (Site B) Site B consists of building demolition, asbestos abatement, and site restoration at 805 1/2 Illinois Avenue. Alternate Bid #2 (Site A) Site A alternate bid consists of underground storage tank removal.
