Renovation of a parking garage in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade parking garage.
Sealed bids shall be received online from qualified bidders for the rehabilitation of the existing Ann Street Parking Garage and all appurtenant work. The work is located at 6th Street and Ann Street in the Borough of Stroudsburg, Monroe County, PA. The garage, constructed in 2004, requires rehabilitation of its second-floor elevated deck, comprised of precast concrete "Double T" slabs, due to deterioration primarily along the longitudinal joints and pour strips between adjacent spans and decks. The project will renew these joints and pour strips, address isolated cracking and spalling throughout the structure, and apply a protective coating to both the slab at grade and elevated surfaces to enhance durability. The project is contingent upon obtaining all required local, state, and federal permits. If permitting is not obtained, the agreement may be terminated at the Owner's discretion without claims for damages or costs by the contractor. There are specific instructions regarding bid submission, including online submission, optional pre-bid walkthrough, and strict adherence to the contract documents.
