Stroudsburg Area School District is requesting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for an Asbestos Abatement Project at Clearview Elementary, the Stadium Complex, and the Transportation Building. The documents contain detailed project requirements, specifications, and bidding procedures. The Stroudsburg Area School District Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the school district. The Project is located at the following addresses: Clearview Elementary 2000 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360 Transportation Building 135 Stadium Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360 Stadium Complex, 119 Stadium Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360 Question Deadline 08/29/2025 at 3:25 PM ET E-mail questions to Pennoni at mbaltrusaitis@pennoni.com with a copy to Brenda VanBuskirk at bvanbuskirk@sburg.org. All questions must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on August 29, 2025 and a response will be given to each potential bidder by 3:00 p.m. on September 5,2025.
