Site work and paving for a road / highway in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work consists of 1731 Tons of Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, Wearing Course, PG64S-22, 0 to .3 Million ESALs, 9.5 MM Mix, 1 Depth, SRL-L. Bidders need to be PennDOT Prequalified All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Price township. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. The township reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Municipality.
