The contractor will be responsible for delivering, installing, and fully integrating new fire alarm panels that meet or exceed NFPA standards, the Chicago Building Code, and other applicable fire safety regulations. All work must adhere to compliance requirements, including securing the necessary permits and scheduling required inspections through the City of Chicago's permitting process. The contractor must implement comprehensive safety protocols to safeguard personnel, facility infrastructure, and utilities throughout the project's duration. The contractor is required to conduct detailed testing and commissioning of the newly installed fire alarm panels to confirm their functionality and compatibility with the existing systems, including proper integration with detection devices, pull stations, and auxiliary components.
