Renovation of a transportation facility in Eglin, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The project involves the renovation of three groups of existing restrooms at Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport. The scope includes installing all new upgraded room finishes, fixtures, accessories, plumbing, and lighting. Some plumbing chase areas will be enlarged for future ease of maintenance. Steel structure will be added to support new counters and ceiling hung toilet partitions. The county reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsive respondent and to waive any irregularity or technicality in received bids. Okaloosa County will be the sole judge of the bid and resulting agreement that is in its best interest, and its decision will be final.
