Bridge Rehabilitation Work The work to be done under this contract shall be started on or about February 17, 2026. All work under this contract shall be completed by October 14, 2026. The location of services to be performed is the Reagan Memorial Tollway (I-88) between Mile Post 124.1 and Mile Post 136.4 and Veterans Memorial Tollway (I-355) at Mile Post 14.6 in DuPage County, Illinois. The scope of the work shall consist of a bridge deck overlay at BN 827; bridge rehabilitation work at BN 833, BN 851, BN 853, and BN 1471; incidental roadway and shoulder rehabilitation work; drainage, erosion and sediment control measures and landscaping; pavement marking; maintenance of traffic; and other miscellaneous work. A completed Questionnaire and a statement of current contractual obligations on forms supplied by the Illinois Tollway will be required from all bidders. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the amount of five (5%) per cent of the total amount shown in the bid for the contract. The Bid Guaranty shall be in the form of an acceptable bid bond or a bank draft, certified check or cashier's check drawn on a solvent bank made payable to the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority. Award of the above contract, if any award be made, will be to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder or bidders. The Illinois Tollway reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities, or cancel the solicitation.
